Question: Can I pick the video styles that I want?
Answer: At this time, we cannot extend the option for our customers to choose the videos they prefer. Of course, there are several reasons for this, but the main one is cost effectiveness. As of right now, we don’t have a way to display all of the options we have. Additionally, we choose the videos that are not only best suited for each customer’s particular design, but we also choose video styles that don’t take us outside of the allotted window of time set aside for each project. Just keep in mind that we are actually selling ten videos for the price of one!
Question: I purchased two designs from Anointed Fire. Is it possible that instead of me ordering 10 videos for one design, I can divide up the order, and get 5 videos for each design?
Answer: Of course!
Question: What if I don’t like one or more of the videos? Am I just stuck with it?!
Answer: We can’t stress this enough, you’re getting 10 videos for the price of one. You may decide to use that video in the future, but if not, you’re still getting a great deal. Again, we haven’t had a complaint yet, but we cannot offer partial or full refunds because of the time and resources that are used to create each video. Please be reminded that this offer is not for everyone.
Question: I have a design that was created by another company. Can I still take advantage of this offer?
Answer: We can still generate the video, however, we’d have to give you a custom quote. Please contact us for a custom quote.
