Some of the images featured on our designs are for display purposes only. In some cases, we will use one or more images that are similar but not the same as the images displayed on our featured designs. If the images that we use for your design are different than the images featured, we will send you a sample of the design for your approval before we finalize your order. No worries. We haven’t had a complaint yet.

Frequently Asked Questions

Am I required to pay 100% upfront?

No. You can now pay 50% down and the other 50% once the design is complete. Please note that you will have 24 hours to pay the balance, however.

 

What if I don’t like the design? Am I just stuck with it?

First, we have never had a client who was not happy with their design under this new guideline. Secondly, the design won’t look too different than the design featured in the store. One or more of the images (doves, lions, etc.) may be different. There is never a major difference. Lastly, if you do not like the design, we will give you a no-questions-asked refund or credit ONLY if you have not yet approved the design and we haven’t sent you the finalized files.

 

I would prefer to see the design before paying for it. Is this possible?

We don’t edit designs that are not paid for because there are many people who are spectator shoppers and not actual shoppers. Spectators like to look at designs, and if allowed, would request that we edit one or several of our designs for them. Some would request that we edit hundreds of them. After we are done, they would not place an order and we’d have lost a large amount of our time freely editing designs for spectators. For this reason, we require, at minimum, a 50% deposit. This deposit separates the actual customers from the spectators.
